Results
Two sets of experiments were performed to demonstrate the linear-elastic consistent image registration algorithm. The first set of experiments were designed to show the effect of varying the transformation parameters and the second set of experiments demonstrate typical results that can be expected using a multi-resolution approach to transform full resolution MRI and CT data.
