About BME Seminar

Description

This is a seminar course where an invited speaker presents relevant information to the
students. This course is designed to expose students to information that is related to,
yet not directly provided in a traditional course. These include an exposure to the
biomedical industry, research labs, biomedical ethics, internship opportunities and to
program alumni.

General Goals

Provide students with a better feel for the outside world and the information to develop
or plan their career goals.

Specific Course Goals

At the completion of the course, the students will be exposed to
-Biomedical Industry
-Faculty Research projects
-Biomedical Ethics
-Vaule for lifelong learning
