Brother Deutsch emcees the Q&A panel at the ProfDev Luncheon. Blackstone Restaurant, Iowa City, IA.
The Professional Development Committee, or ProfDev for short, strive to provide our members with opportunities to develop
their professional skills. To do this, we offer presentations with information such as professional attire, business dinners,
resumes, and other various ideas that will put our members ahead in their career search. We have also hosted professional
speakers, arranged plant tours, and held mock interviews. The signature event that this committee plans is our Professional
Development Luncheon. Companies across the nation are invited to join us for brunch, during which we hold a Q&A panel. Then,
employers are members are seated together, providing members with a great opportunity to network with future employers. We have
to thank our alumni for this opportunity, as they do as much as they can to help recruit representatives from their respective
companies for our event. We look forward to another great luncheon later this semester!
