Projects in College of Engineering Imaging Group(CEIG)

Real-time 3D color Doppler cardiac flow rate and volume measurement The cardiac flow rate and volume through mitral valve were measured on real-time 3D color Doppler datasets by selecting a Gaussian control surface at the mitral valve orifice to remove Doppler angle dependency.

Analysis of 4D cardiovascular MRI data Use 3D and 4D active appearance model(AAM) in segmentation, classification and disease prediction of cardiovascular MRI ventricles and aorta data.
