Linear Programming

Textbook
No book has been ordered at any bookstore, but the books below
will be placed on reserve in the Engineering Library. Also, other
selections of reading material will be made available to the students.
Most lectures will use Hypercard stacks with the overhead projector.
These materials, together with the syllabus, homework assignments,
sample exams, etc. are available to the students via this web
site, usually in "pdf" format, requiring the Adobe Acrobat
Reader, which can be freely downloaded from http://www.adobe.com.
