University of Iowa USLI-Mars Ascent Vehicle
NASA University Student Launch Initiative, or USLI, is a competition that challenges university-level students to design, build and launch a reusable rocket with an engineering payload to one mile above ground. The competition will take place in Huntsville Alabama on April 16th. This is the first year the University of Iowa has competed in a Student Launch event.
The purpose is to bring together those interested in aerospace-related fields for the enhancement of learning. Our team brings together multi-disciplinary engineering fields striving toward a single goal.
