Write a 2-page (approximately), double-spaced essay in which you argue for a particular calculation you make with respect to the information transmitted from the device to the person.  For example, if you have 4 pixels with 256 possible colors each, then you have 4 pixels x 256 = 1024 possible states, which could be encoded in 10 bits of information (log2(1024)).  However, the problem gets more complicated when you have two screens that are not independent.  Show me how you would handle this.  You are welcome to find other material to support your viewpoint from other sources, but avoid making arbitrary claims and unsubstantiated remarks without providing evidence to back up your point.

The clarity of the point you wish to argue: 25%
Support for the point garnered from the readings and from other material: 25%
