Lectures:

Lab:

• The Embedded Systems Lab is in 2245 SC  (Lab schedule is shown on syllabus.  Additonal details will be provided in lecture.)
  
• The class will have six laboratory experiments (two weeks each) plus a three-week self-chosen project
• Labs will require a written pre-lab and lab report
  
• Students will work in teams of two in the lab  (You may choose your lab partner or let us assign one for you.)
• Each lab team will be required to purchase a parts kit for assembly of a QwikFlash Development Board.  The estimated cost is between $50 and $60.  More details will be provided in lecture.

Grades:

    The following weights will be used in computing semester grades;

• Better of midterm exam, final exam scores:  25%
• Poorer of midterm exam,final exam scores: 20%
• Labs:  35%
• Project: 20%
